1. What Swapurtest does
Swapurtest is a platform that helps UK learner drivers find other learners to swap DVSA driving test dates with. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA in any way. We do not access, modify, or interact with DVSA systems on your behalf.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for completing the date change yourself by calling DVSA on 0300 200 1122. Swapurtest only facilitates the introduction between two learners — the actual swap must be completed directly with DVSA. You must ensure you are eligible to change your test date before using this service.
3. No guarantee of swap completion
A confirmed match on Swapurtest does not guarantee that the swap will be successfully completed with DVSA. Both parties must independently contact DVSA to complete the change. Swapurtest accepts no liability if a swap fails to complete after both parties have confirmed.
4. Accurate information
You must provide accurate details about your test booking, including the correct test centre, date, and DVSA reference number. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended.
5. Contact details
Your email address will be shared with your matched swap partner only after both parties have confirmed the swap. This is solely to enable coordination of DVSA calls.
6. Limitation of liability
Swapurtest is provided as-is. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, including failed swaps, missed test dates, or any interaction with DVSA.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Swapurtest after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
